About MegaOil
From a single blending line in 1987 to plants on three continents — one obsession: the perfect drop.
MegaOil started in 1987 with one blending line and a stubborn belief: a lubricant is not a commodity, it is a precision part of the machine. While others chased volume, we built a laboratory before we built a warehouse.
Today our formulas protect passenger cars, mining fleets, marine engines and factory lines in more than 40 countries. Every liter is still blended in plants we own, tested in labs we run, and shipped through partners we know by name.
The next chapter is already underway — low-ash chemistry, re-refined base oil programs and carbon-neutral blending by 2030. Purity, proven; future, secured.

API SP, ACEA C5 and OEM approvals across the range — every single batch is tested twenty-seven ways before it ships.
Blending plants on three continents and 1,200+ partners keep fleets and factories stocked with 48-hour delivery windows.
Low-ash chemistry, re-refined base oil programs and recyclable packaging — on the road to carbon-neutral blending by 2030.
The process
Group III+ hydrocracked base oils, distilled to a purity conventional refining never reaches.
Additive chemistry balanced in-house — anti-wear, detergency and film strength in exact proportion.
Twenty-seven quality gates per batch, from viscosity index to NOACK volatility, sealed with a traceable lot code.
Our plants and formulas hold the certifications your warranty department asks about — audited every single year.
